Money in the form of DAC/Fixed Deposit from any recognised
Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Deptt. Of Underdeveloped Areas Division, Kohima are hereby invited on behalf of the Governor of Nagaland from Class-I Registered Contractor(s) of Nagaland PWD/CPWD/MES/T&P for the works mentioned below
at above/below Nagaland PWD Schedule of rate for
Roads 1996 and Building 1995. The same will be received in the Office of the
Undersigned/Sub-Divisional Office at and Mon up to 1300 Hrs. on and will be opened on the same day at
1400 Hrs. in the presence of intending tenderers.

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS.
1.Tenderers are
required to quote their rates in figures as well as in words.
2.The tenderers should submit an attested photocopy of the
Registration certificate along with the tender.
3.The intending tenderes should have sufficient experience and successfully completed at least one work of
similar nature of works costing a minimum of Rs.50 lakhs during the last 3 years of similar nature of
works.Completion certificate to be furnished from the executing agency.
4.Preference will be given to the Tenderers having machinery and equiptments.
5.The successful tenderers are require to complete the tender formalities within 7 (seven) days of intimation.
6.The Department shall verify the certificates/documents
submitted by the tenderes and in case this is
found
to be incorrect such tenders are liable to be disqualified.
7.Tender documents drawings, Plans ,Specifications and detailed schedules can be obtained from the office
of the undersigned or O/O.SDO(DUDA) Mon during the office Hrs.on all working- days upto 1200 Hrs
8.All works to be carried out as per the specifications and drawing and any works done below specifications
shall not be measured for payment. 9.2%(two) works tax will be deducted from the bills as per the Govt.
Order No.FIN/TAX-3/24/2000 Dated 16.07.2002.
10.The Deptt. Reserves the right to reject or accept all tenders without assigning any reason. The acceptance
of the lowest tender is not obligatory.
11.Tender documents can be obtained from the O/O.the undersigned/SDO(DUDA) Mon on payment of
Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand)only non-refundable from upto during working hours. The last date for submission of Tender is 19-04-05.
12. The contract will be
allowed to sub-let under any circumstances.
